Refund policy

Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in.

All returns must be:

• Unworn
• Have no signs of wear or damage
• In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
• In all original packaging (box and pouch -if any- included)

Once we receive your return parcel, we will send you a confirmation e-mail and we will issue your refund in 5 working days. Any shipping costs will be deducted form the original amount that will be refunded to you. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns and refunds for earrings for health and hygiene reasons. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, MERAZI has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

Please kindly note that we are unable to offer exchange for any pieces.
